Day 1 :

Today you will be pick from the airport by Kenya Walking Survivors Safaris representative and be transferred to your hotel

Day 2: Arusha - Lake Manyara

Non game-viewing travel time: 2.30 hours
Distance: 130 km
Meet Kenya Walking Survivors Safaris professional tours guide/driver in Arusha town, who will deliver a short safari info briefing, after which, we travel to the Lake Manyara National Park. We arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. After lunch we head into the Lake Manyara National Park. This impressive park is one of Tanzania's most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park) at the foot of the Great Rift Valley's western escarpment. The park's varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa's largest concentrations of elephants, Manyara's famous tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake. Day 3 :

Visit to the cultural tourism programme in Longido.

Day 4: Lake Manyara - Serengeti National Park (2-3 hrs 150kms)

After breakfast , we will be transferring to the infamous Serengeti National Park. This park is to Tanzania, what the Masai Mara Game Reserve is to Kenya. Covering 14,763 sq km, the Serengeti NP is dominated by vast, open plains with an abundance of wildlife. A picnic lunch will be provided en route, and the afternoon will be spent viewing game and absorbing the breathtaking scenery of the almost treeless plains of the Serengeti. After an early breakfast on we will proceed on an early morning game drive, returning for a hearty lunch. After a brief rest, there will be an afternoon game drive to further explore this world-famous park. Dinner and overnight

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater  

We will transfer to the Ngorongoro crater, via Olduvai Gorge with Kenya Walking Survivors Safaris guide. Ngorongoro is an impressive 20 km wide volcanic crater with 600 m walls. The views from the crater rim are breathtaking, and there is an ever-present abundance of wildlife, due to the permanent water supply on the crater floor. Olduvai Gorge is famed for the discovery of 3.5 million year-old fossil fragments of an early human civilization. We will enjoy lunch overlooking the crater, and the afternoon will be spent at leisure.  we will embark on a half-day crater tour

Day 6: Depart Arusha (B)    2-3 hrs drive  250kms

After breakfast we will transfer back to Arusha for your fight to Zanzibar  ,In the afternoon arrive Zanzibar airport/ harbour transfer to Stone Town Hotel  for check inn, at 2:30pm have the Stone town tour takes around the historical culture and architectural important town of Zanzibar with a century history. Day 7: Zanzibar Tours

STONE TOWN TOUR

  • Visit Zanzibar's historic sites, the old city and cultural heart of Zanzibar, where Sultans once ruled
  • Walk through enchanting alleys and admire the typical carved doors of Zanzibar.

 SPICE TOUR

  • Find out why Zanzibar is referred to as the Spice Island.
  • Breathe in the fragrant scents of clove, vanilla, cardamom and nutmeg
  • Discover rare tropical fruits and plants

DAY 8: JOZANI FOREST TOUR

  • Located 20 minutes from Stone Town
  • Walk on trails surrounded by tropical palms and towering mahogany trees
  • Listen and marvel at the monkeys chattering in the trees.

DAY 9 to 11:

Today you will be free to relax.

  • Main destination: Zanzibar Beach
  • Accommodation: Zanzibar Ocean Blue Resort - Mid Range Beach Resort
  • Meals & drinks: Half Board (Breakfast and Dinner)

DAY12:

Fly from Zanzibar to Nairobi. Return home from  Airport
